What you’ll build
- LLM pipelines for exercise generation and tutoring support
- Hungarian-language education workflows and curriculum adaptation
- Evaluation harnesses, quality metrics, and safety guardrails
- Production integration with backend services and real-time sessions
What we’re looking for
- Strong applied ML/LLM engineering mindset (shipping + iterating)
- Experience with model evaluation, prompt/tooling, and data pipelines
- Comfort with Python and production systems
- Bonus: Hungarian NLP, multimodal math understanding, retrieval systems

Who you’ll work with
- A small founder-led team (currently 4 people)
- Teachers + engineers — real classroom feedback in the loop
- You’ll collaborate closely with platform engineering to ship LLM features into production
What success looks like (30 / 60 / 90 days)
30 days
- Understand the lesson flow + data sources (curriculum, exercises, feedback)
- Ship one small LLM feature behind a safe evaluation harness
- Align on quality metrics (Hungarian language, correctness, pedagogy)
60 days
- Own one pipeline (generation, retrieval, or evaluation) end-to-end
- Improve reliability: prompts/tools, test sets, regression checks
- Partner with platform engineering to productionize safely
90 days
- Deliver a meaningful AI capability used by real teachers/students
- Establish standards for eval, safety, and iteration speed
- Help define the long-term research + product roadmap
